Confirmation Classes

Faith is a life long journey. Beginning at baptism, whether child or adult, the next step is confirmation. To “confirm” your baptismal vows is to take a look into the Bible and step out in faith to deepen their relationship with God. Confirmation is a public profession of faith where the confirmands affirm their beliefs. Confirmands must first take part in long and careful instruction where they are taught, Lutheran beliefs and Chiristian faith.

The confirmation ceremony marks a rite of passage at Our Savior, for have chosen to honor the traditional “marriage” of first communion and confirmation. Confirmation takes place at the end of the 8th grade year.
